The Housing Corporation

The Housing Corporation is a Non Departmental Public Body sponsored by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. The principal activities of the Corporation are the promotion, financing and regulation of Registered Social Landlords in England.

The Corporation intends to create and maintain a panel of no more than five legal advisors to join with the Treasury Solicitor’s Department from whom advice and other legal services on matters concerning the Corporation’s remit in the Social Housing Sector may be obtained as required, over a period of three years under a call off basis. The closing date for expressions of interest is 4pm on Friday 19 September 2003. Full tender specifications will be issued to qualifying applicants the following week.
